Mr. William M. Dishman, III has been Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, a subsidiary of Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc., since 2009. Mr. Dishman is responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management strategies that address all aspects of risk within the organization, including but not limited to credit, operational, legal, information, and regulatory matters. He is also responsible for implementation of risk management policies, standards, controls and procedures, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. Mr. Dishman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for National City Bank's Kentucky and Tennessee markets. Mr. Dishman is a graduate of Centre College and has earned an MBA degree from the University of Louisville.
