Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYBT), parent company of Stock Yards
Bank & Trust Company, with offices in the Louisville, Indianapolis and
Cincinnati metropolitan markets, today announced that James A. (Ja)
Hillebrand, President; Nancy B. Davis, EVP and Chief Financial Officer;
and Philip S. Poindexter, EVP and Chief Lending Officer, will
participate in a series of meetings with institutional investors in
Milwaukee and Chicago on June 6-7, 2018. The presentation used at these
meetings will be posted under the investor relations section of the
Company's website, www.syb.com,
on June 6.
As previously announced, Hillebrand will become Chief Executive Officer
of the Company and the Bank, effective October 1, 2018. On that same
date, Poindexter will be promoted to President of the Company and the
Bank.
