Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYBT), parent company of Stock Yards
Bank & Trust Company, with offices in the Louisville, Indianapolis and
Cincinnati metropolitan markets, today announced that James A. (Ja)
Hillebrand, Chief Executive Officer, and T. Clay Stinnett, EVP and Chief
Strategic Officer, will participate in a series of meetings with
institutional investors in Washington D.C. and Philadelphia on December
4, 2018. The presentation used at these meetings will be posted under
the investor relations section of the Company's website, www.syb.com,
on December 4.
As previously announced, Stinnett will become Chief Financial Officer of
the Company and the Bank, effective May 1, 2019, succeeding Nancy B.
Davis, who will retire on April 30, 2019.
